1. These regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability,and stay at the premises of Fontana Boutique Apartments.
2. The regulations apply to all individuals staying on the property.
3. The regulations form an integral part of the agreement concludedthrough reservation, payment of a deposit, or full payment for the stay at FontanaBoutique. By completing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that theyhave read and accepted these regulations.
1. The apartment is rented for hotel days.
2. The hotel day at the accommodation facility lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00AM the following day.
3. The duration of the hotel day specified in point 2 may vary dependingon the type of room or offer selected by the Guest during the reservation andincluded in the booking confirmation.
4. Requests for an extended hotel day, i.e., early check-in before 3:00 PMor late check-out after 11:00 AM, must be submitted at the reservation stage. If therequest was not submitted during the reservation, it must be reported immediatelyupon arrival. The accommodation facility does not guarantee the possibility ofextending the hotel day free of charge.
5. The accommodation facility reserves the right to refuse an extension ofthe hotel day in case of non-compliance with these regulations or if full payment forthe current stay has not been made.
6. The accommodation facility also reserves the right to refuse anextension of the hotel day due to the unavailability of apartments.
1. The accommodation facility reserves the right to check in only adultindividuals.
2. Guests renting an apartment are required to present a photo ID to thereception staff for identification, complete the registration form provided, and sign it.
3. If the Guest refuses to present a photo ID or sign the registration form,the accommodation facility may refuse check-in.
4. Visitors not registered at the accommodation facility may stay in theGuest’s apartment from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
5. The accommodation facility may refuse to admit a Guest who, during aprevious stay, severely violated these regulations, particularly by causing damage toproperty or to other Guests, harm to staff or others on the premises.
6. The accommodation facility may refuse to admit any other Guest who,in the opinion of the staff, poses a threat to the safety, health, life, or comfort of otherGuests and staff.
7. The accommodation facility reserves the right to refuse a request forshortening the stay indicated in the Guest’s reservation if the booking pertains to anon-refundable offer or if the request for shortening the stay was made whenchanges were not permissible under the booking terms.
8. In case of non-cancellation of a reservation within the specified deadlineor no-show by the Guest, the accommodation facility will charge the Guest for thefirst hotel night. If the booking was non-refundable, the facility will charge for theentire stay.
9. In case the Guest cancels their stay during the hotel day, theaccommodation facility will not refund the fee for that hotel day.
10. The accommodation facility reserves the right to collect a deposit equalto the full cost of the stay plus at least 30% at check-in (for cash payments) as asecurity against potential damages.
11. The deposit can be paid in cash or through pre-authorization on theGuest’s credit card.
12. The cash deposit will be returned, and credit card pre-authorizationreleased during check-out after a staff member checks the room’s condition.
13. To receive an invoice, the Guest must notify the administration by thetime of check-out at the latest. Requests made afterward will result in a standardreceipt being issued.
1. Minors must remain under the constant supervision of their legalguardians while on the property.
2. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused byminors under their care to the facility’s equipment or technical devices.
3. Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction ofthe accommodation’s equipment and technical devices caused by them or theirvisitors.
4. The accommodation facility reserves the right to charge the Guest’scredit card after their departure for damages caused or for unpaid charges for lodgingor other services.
5. In case of violation of the regulations, the accommodation facility hasthe right to refuse services to the offending individual.
6. Guests must ensure safety by turning off faucets, closing windows, andlocking doors when leaving the apartment.
7. For fire safety reasons, the use of heating devices, candles, and similarequipment not included in the room’s amenities is prohibited.
1. Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding deficiencies in thequality of services provided.
2. Complaints are accepted by the administration of the accommodationfacility.
3. Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing anydeficiencies in the provided services.
4. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
1. The accommodation facility accepts the presence of dogs and cats(“Animal” or “Animals”) on its premises. The pet owner is required to ensure that thepet does not pose a threat or nuisance to other Guests or staff.
2. Animals in common areas outside the apartment must be leashed orcarried in a carrier. Animals are not allowed to roam freely in shared spaces.
3. Muzzles are not mandatory for dogs except for the following legallyrecognized dangerous breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, Perro de Presa Mallorquin,American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Perro de Presa Canario, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler,Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, and Caucasian Shepherd. Forthese breeds, a muzzle is required in all parts of the facility except the Guest’s room.
4. Guests traveling with Animals must inform the facility during thereservation process.
5. Guests must clean up any waste left by their Animals.
6. If additional cleaning is required due to the presence of an Animal, theGuest is responsible for covering the cost.
7. Guests traveling with Animals bear full financial responsibility for anydamage caused by their pets.
8. The accommodation facility reserves the right to refuse check-in orshorten the stay of a Guest with an Animal if the pet poses a safety threat orsignificantly disrupts the comfort of other Guests.
1. Smoking, including tobacco, heated tobacco products, electroniccigarettes, vaporizers, and other smoking devices, is strictly prohibited in theaccommodation facility and its immediate surroundings, except in designatedsmoking areas. Guests violating this rule will be fined 500 PLN, as agreed upon.
2. Dangerous items such as weapons, ammunition, flammable materials,explosives, and other hazardous items may not be stored in the apartments.
3. Quiet hours are observed in the facility from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4. Excessive noise, unpleasant odors, and any activities disturbing otherGuests’ comfort are prohibited.
5. The staff reserves the right to deny entry to individuals not using thefacility’s services without providing a reason.
6. Guests are not allowed to make significant changes to the apartmentsor common areas, except for minor furniture adjustments that do not affectfunctionality or safety.
7. Common areas and entrances are monitored by video surveillance.Only video (no audio) is recorded. Data may be shared only with entities ensuringsafety or authorized by law. Footage is stored for up to 14 days before beingoverwritten.
8. Monitoring is conducted to ensure the safety of individuals and propertybased on the legitimate interests of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR)
